Sharepoint List Input not returning values

Hi, 

I checked the forums but could not find a resolution to the similar issues raised by others. 

I am using App Only authentication to connect to the Sharepoint site. The input tool was working fine until the authentication token expired. I have created a new Client ID/Secret Key combination and allowed full control for the app via XML modification required in Sharepoint - same process that I used with the last Client ID/Secret Key.

I am able to retrieve the lists available on that SP but when I run the workflow, no values are returned (no errors or warnings).

I am currently using Allteryx 2021.4 and was using 2020.2 before (I tried both versions with the new client ID/key combo with the same results).

Any help would be much appreciated!
