Sharepoint List: Error encountered: Root element is missing

Curious if anyone here has overcome this issue. About to reinstall Alteryx to see if it clears. This is working on my machine but not my coworkers. Exact same config.

Update (6/23/22): Reinstall did not correct error.

Update: for me, I just had to restart Alteryx Designer, and it works fine now.
