SharePoint data upload failing

In the above workflow I am trying to read from two SharePoint lists, union the records together and append the records in another SharePoint list. The update fails, but if I just limit the number of records in both the SharePoint input tools to five records each then the workflow works fine.

For somehow making it work, I created a macro to push all the records in batch of 10 records at a time in SharePoint and it worked.

I am seeking out for help to understand what is wrong with the original design so that I don't need to use a macro.
