Setup File Format with Characters in Specific Positions (MULTICAT)

Hello - 

One of our vendors asked for a data to be sent to them in a very specific file format. It is called "MULTICAT" - I have no experience with it and I have also not found a single post on this topic in the community. 

Attached you can see a screenshot of their instructions where it tells you the size of each expected data value and the length of the actual field. How do I best set this up? Is there a way that I can load/set the template format and then plug and play the data values? Does Alteryx have anything build in as part of the Input tool?

Please advise.

@kristinaheuer You can try something like the attached workflow, you need to concatenate all the fields using the formula tool
