Sample tool

Is there any option with sample tool to allow for specifying on only ONE type of sample? That is, like having the same random sample using the sample tool?

Also, how can someone create the seed? What is the seed necessary for sample?

The Random % Sample has a seed you can set, for a deterministic, repeatable sample.

Is there any way I can do this with a sample tool itself? I know about the Random % Sample tool but interested specifically on limitations with the Sample tool. Thanks
