Running and feeding in the data in two different environments

I have created a workflow and I want when testers run this it goes in intdev09 environment whereas when the developers run it the data goes in dev12. Do we have any feature like this Alteryx designer?

The solution would like this say for  example a tester is running this it will catch his email id and would only feed in the data in dev09 and when developers run this it feeds in the data in dev12.
