Row wise processing of data to get headcount growth (iterative macro)

Hi everyone! 

I am currently working on a workflow to calculate the headcount growth of a company on the basis of new hires and attritions. Attaching the excel calculation for the same. The issue I am facing is to process the data on alteryx row wise and move upwards, as well as separate it for each company.

Incase you have worked on something similar in the past, please help out.

Hi, here is a solution to do this, you don't need to use macros for this kind of manipulations, the trick is to use the group by!
