I am creating a report which contains of text and as appendix there is a table.
When I look at my desired output via browse tool, my table includes two columns (as required) but when word doc is created (render tools right behind it), my word document includes the table but with only one column.
Why is that?
Please note - this is not an issue of too big table as when I change the input via filter to another reporting entity, the output report looks just fine.
Sorry for not attaching the workflow, I would have to spend too much time anonymizing the data.
I at least attached slightly censured browse tool view where you can see table with two columns but after rendering I have only one column in table.

If not, I would ask that you provide more information.
Unfortunately, the nature of your issue would require the ability to review your workflow and the data input. Are you able to upload the workflow with a sample dataset without the sensitive information?
This would help the community to better troubleshoot the issue you are encountering.
