Report Text Tool - How do I center the data and add a border

Hello, I am trying to add a border to the header I am testing and also trying to align it to the center.

Does anyone know what I am missing to the coding attached below?

Is there a reason you are using Expert Mode? If you utilize the other options, you'll have the ability to center the text.

If you want borders around the text, you might consider a  Table Tool (alteryx.com) instead! You'll have the ability to align center here as well

@alexnajm This is the only way it ouputs the date the way I want to.

@marydjc ah, then I'm sorry but actual XML language is outside of my area of expertise. I would check out maybe Stack Overflow to see if there are any answers there. Otherwise maybe there's an ability to get the Date into your preferred format without using the Expert option.
