Report Map's reference Base Map not being generated in Gallery

I have a simple workflow below that outputs a map based on the polygon from the map input tool. This workflow works fine in Alteryx desktop, but when I upload it to the Gallery, it will not output the Reference Base Map in the .pcxml file or any file extension. 

The base map on the Input map tool on the gallery works, but the reference base map will not show on the map output.

Below are the Input question and Report Output from Gallery. The Input questions shows a base map, but there is no base map displayed in the output.

   

What the workflow and output should look like with the base map.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you have a look at this article and speak to your Server Admin?
