Replace values with 0

I have multiple records of data with over 300 fields. I need to replace the contents of a subset of the fields with 0. Can someone suggest a solution?

Have you tried the Multi-Field Formula tool? With this, you can use the Replace function over multiple fields. Here is an article that tells you more about this tool.
