Render Tool Error

Hi, 

I am adding a "|" character at the starting of my text in the 1st column before passing that to a table tool and then replacing the "|" character with a " " character using a formula tool in order to add a bit of spacing between the table border and the text in all the rows. 

This method is working for me in other workflows. However, in this particular workflow, the render tool has stopped generating any output. 

I am not sure what the issue is. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to fix this. 

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
