This is the original dataset:
Elements | Cost |
HR Function | 6 |
Telephone Bills | 3 |
Telephone Data | 2 |
Telephone Mobile | 1 |
Non HR Function | 10 |
Telephone Bills | 5 |
Telephone Data | 3 |
Telephone Mobile | 2 |
How do I rename the elements under Non HR Function to something below in the table:
Elements | Cost |
HR Function | 6 |
Telephone Bills | 3 |
Telephone Data | 2 |
Telephone Mobile | 1 |
Non HR Function | 10 |
Non Telephone Bills | 5 |
Non Telephone Data | 3 |
Non Telephone Mobile | 2 |
As there are duplicates in the original table, I would like to add a word to distinguish and ensure that there is no duplicate names to signify the cost.
