Renaming field by position

Hi, is there any way to rename a field name by its position, irrespective of the current field name?

I have to stack multiple files, where the column heading for the 2nd field is not consistent. I want to rename the 2nd column, such that, when I run the macro, it renames 2nd column irrespective of the existing field name (column name) in each file.

Please suggest a solution.

Thanks
