Removing certain symbols in the cells in multiple columns

I have a lot of columns and rows that I wished to convert the dash to "-" that matches the cell value and changes to 0. Is there any ways to do it the faster way? I have tried using filters and formula but it is simply too tedious as there are a lot of columns that I have to deal with the data.

We can use the Multi-Field Formula tool for multiple column replacement.
