Removing Prefix from Names

I have a long list in which I need to remove prefix from names. Some examples ae below. Kindly refer table and help me to achieve target.

HI Thanks for your reply but find and replace will not work.

Suppose if we have these prefix in the middle of the name like Thoms, Thmrsasa, mdram, then it will remove middle prefix as well.

Do you have another solution for the same.

Sorry to bother you but when I applied this on my file it deleted these prefix from middle of the name as well. I just want these prefix to be removed from starting of the name and from end of the name with or without space.

Sorry to bother you but when I applied this on my file it deleted these prefix from middle of the name as well. I just want these prefix to be removed from starting of the name and from end of the name with or without space. Please refer name below:

I believe if you enter a blank space before and/or after Mr etc. in the formula tool, then it could solve the problem.
