Removing Duplicates from Multiple Columns

I have a question about something that’s been driving me crazy and looked online but couldn’t find the answer.  Please see below for what I have vs what I need.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @ltsiartas 

 

You want to use the summarize tool to group by the id and Name.
