Relative references work differently using AMP engine

When enabling the "AMP engine" option, references from macros within the workflow in question do not make references relative to the workflow's working directory and instead reference folders relative to the .yxmc file location, conversely to how the references work when the "AMP engine" option is disabled and a workflow's macros make references from the workflow's working directory.

Hi @ben_hopkins ,

I did find an internal defect that sounds related to this. We will be taking a look in the next few weeks and see if we can get a fix in an upcoming Release.
