Regex Replace

Hello All,

From my Input the Output should be like (Using Regex) -

Input	Output
1097daysor3years	3 Years or, 1097 Days
365Days	365 Days
7days	7 Days
4days	4 Days

I tried to combine a Regex function with conditional operator, but it's not working. 

Please help.

In the output it should be like - 7 Days or 2 Years

Need first letter of the string in uppercase.
