Reference in the cell

Hi All,

I am actually new to Alteryx i have data where i want to cell A4 to pick the same value as cell B7. How can i do that attaching the example for your reference also A4 has null value whereas B7 has date

@vishal6146 Looks like Column A has field names which cannot be NULL, whereas column B has the values. Could you provide another input for reference.
