Records lost in Join tool

Hi,

Any help with this bug would be greatly appreciated. 

I have 15, 049 record going into the R input anchor of this join tool and 4 records in the L input anchor. No records come out of either the R or L output anchors and 15,049 records come out of the J output anchor.

Any idea what may have happened to the 4 records that came in through the R input anchor?

Having 15049 coming out of the J and 0 coming out of the L and the R is typically a good thing! That means there was a match found for each value 😊

Also a bit confused by the last statement - there are 15049 records going through the R anchor not 4 records
