Reading text file

Dear community,

I would like to ask how can we read the file below so that Alteryx can capture all the column.

Previously i saved in as csv and use the text to column function and noted some column data is missing .

Could anyone advise me on this and guide me the correct way to fix the file.

This is what i did as well but the last column data will be missing.

Will you able to provide last few column screenshot? Can you share with me your workflow?
