Hi all,
Not sure if what I'm requesting for is feasible with Alteryx alone.
I receive emails like this:
EXAMPLE
Issue A: 9/10
Issue B: 12/15
Issue C: 10/20
Issue 😧 13/15
Status Check: Healthy
Confirmation PIC: Mr. Jonas
Overall: Healthy
Comparison this week vs last week:
Issue A: 2 new issues completed.
Issue B: 2 new issues completed.
Issue C: 0 new issues completed.
Issue 😧 10 new issues completed.
It then proceeds to list all items under Issues A to D. I just want the percentage of each Issue in a data frame.
Week | Issue A % | Issue B % | Issue C % | Issue D % | Status Check | Confirmation PIC
I wish to connect Alteryx to get the email, but now I am not sure how to proceed.
I am referencing this: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/Reading-Outlook-Emails-and-Email-at...
All advice is appreciated!
Regards,
Calvin

The smiler faces refer to issue D*:
It creates an emoji for some reason. Sorry!
