Read data contains column in japanese

Hi guys, i met this when reading data contains japanese. i can't map the column correctly, any solution?

i want to find the solution for this, as if these mojibake exists, i am not able to write the data into output

I found the coding page choose to japanses one will solve this problem thanks !
