Python Script Running in ECC SAP

I have a Python script that is running in ECC SAP.

When I click run in Alteryx a box for ECC SAP that says, 'SAP Logon: A script is attempting to access SAP GUI' is appearing, and I need to click 'OK' for the Python script to continue. Does anyone know why this is happening, and if I can avoid needing to press 'OK' manually?

I do not know what you are doing - and what this has to do with Alteryx... If you are using Alteryx with ECC you are probably using DVW... some info here would be awesome. What are you using Python for? Are you using trying to use Python to automate NetWeaver?

I am using the Import Data from Python Tool within Alteryx. The Python Script is opening ECC SAP and downloading data to bring into the workflow. I am trying to automate it completely, but it is still having me click the 'OK' button manually, as mentioned above.

how is your python script opening ECC?
