Pulling XLSX from SharePoint: Internal Error - Deadlock Detected (@1) Message

Question

I began running into an issue today, on a non-modified workflow that has been working for months.

I am using the SharePoint Input to read in an xlsx file.

Says:

Error: SharePoint Input (1): You have found a bug. Replicate, then let us know. We shall fix it soon.
Error: SharePoint Input (1): Internal Error - Deadlock detected (@1)

I installed latest version and still getting error message, no drivers that I can see for SharePoint.

Yes AMP is selected; and no it won't work if unselected, as it is needed.

How do I connect with Tech Support to resolve.

If you have a Customer Success Manager at Alteryx aligned with your company you can go through them as well.  Good luck.  I have had my fair share of issues with the SharePoint Tools over the years, so please post any sort of solution you get on this back out here, as I'd love to see what they say about it.  :)
