Preserving a Custom Fomart in the Excel Output

I am trying to preserve the formatting in multiple fields in my excel output. When I run the workflow, the custom formatting changes in my excel output. I have "Preserve Formatting on Overwrite (Range required)" selected in my output, but it is not preserving the formatting. I tried to use the Multi-field formula tool, I just can't figure out a DateandTime function that will preserve the formatting in the excel output.

The Alteryx Incorrect Output shows how the workflow produces this field, in the incorrect formatting.

The How Alteryx should produce the field, shows how the input for the workflow and how it should produce when I run the workflow for excel output.

We need to specify the range and checkout a few options as below.
