Can anybody recommend some material/data to practice Alteryx spatial tools? Thank you so much.

There are numerous open sources.  Here is one I use:  The City of Vancouver provides Heritage property data with LAT and LON values on their open data portal.  No registration is required to download. You can find this and other location data here:
