Possible help with Comparison

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project where my boss would like to see an email saying what the error is.I am creating a template to make sure all the fields I need exist, otherwise I would like to receive an message saying what field is missing(for example, in this case EFG are missing) and stop the workflow I connect with Block until done 2.But for some reason, when I tested the workflow, I didn't receive an email cause it keep running and there is an error if the field is missing.

Any suggestion and advice would be appreciated!

Here is an example for you. 

I can't see your whole workflow but it was supposed to work, at least send the email before erroring out. My only suspicion is that you are using the AMP engine and the block until done tool doesn't work with that enabled.

Thank you for your reply!I believed the AMP engine might be the problem for this workflow cause block until done tool doesn't work at all.

Here is my user setting screenshot, Is there any way I can change the engine setting?

Hi @Bbadef,

You can disable the AMP engine through the Runtime tab on the Workflow configuration.
