Populate data with SUMIF

Hi Everyone,

In this PIVOT Report I just want to create tab PIVOT SUMMARY using the tab PIVOT by using Alteryx.

Also if any new insurance is added to Facility, it should also reflect on PIVOT SUMMARY tab, eg.
