Pivoting data set with line items

Hi, 

I have a dataset that we need to pivot that looks like this :

JSON_Name	JSON_ValueString
0.id	987005
0.status	draft
0.ship-to-attention	Peter Pan
0.total	20000
0.department.name	001 - Finance
0.requisition-lines.0.line-num	1
0.requisition-lines.1.line-num	2
0.requisition-lines.2.line-num	3

And the result needs to look like this :

0.id	0.status	0.ship-to-attention	0.total	0.department.name	requisition-lines.line-num
987005	draft	Peter Pan	20000	001 - Finance	1
987005	draft	Peter Pan	20000	001 - Finance	2
987005	draft	Peter Pan	20000	001 - Finance	3

See attached spreadsheet, but essentially each field must be in a column and the requisition lines need to be in one column.

How do we achieve that?
