A colleague is trying to replicate the Excel PERCENTRANK function: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/percentrank-function-f1b5836c-9619-4847-9fc9-080ec9024442
I've included the dataset on which he wants this applied. What's the best set of tools to tackle this given the volume and numeric type? I've seen other rank solutions as there's no grouping involved and they don't address his desired outcome. Any direction is appreciated!

I've taken the logic outlined here: http://www.real-statistics.com/descriptive-statistics/ranking-function-excel/ and applied it in Alteryx.
I've created two example streams, one where I want the % rank across the entire data stream, and one where I have a grouping field.
Does this suit you need?

@BenMoss - Thanks, but when I compared to the Excel results the output wasn't the same.
I've attached my solution - it's not the prettiest but it works.
