Parsing issue

Hello,

 

For the attached input (specifically records 9 - 16), I'm trying to use a formula to relocate the data after "ID/NAME" to the Value column.  Using record 9 for example, I would like the Value to = 1564075/IRA/BANK TRUST OMNIBUS SEI.  Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?  Thanks.
