Parsing Job Title and Email Address

Need help in parsing job title and email address into 2 columns. Sample data are shown below:

Recruiter Manager | j.marinez@supermarket.com

Staffing Supervisor kandrews@malls.com

HR Manager - US - albert_markus@detail.com

Yes this works but how about if the job title contains 3 or more words like Human Resource Manager or Director of Maritime Business Development.
