Parser for Router configuration text files

Hello all,
Probably a longshot... I’m reaching out to the community to see if anyone has bult a utility to parse out carrier class router configuration files. I’m specifically looking for a parser for carrier class routers, such as the Alcatel-Lucent 7750 and/or for Cisco routers such as the 7600 series
