Parse or Extract to row above

How do I parse this string to row above across multiple columns or fields?

do I use the Multi Row tool or Multi field with Parse?

Hi @rrafferty2,

You could do this with a multi-field formula to extract the date information, union the two datasets back together and dynamic rename to take field names from first row of data.
