Parse Text Before Specific Word

Hello - 

 

Looking for a solution to parse one column into two columns by adding a break before the term "OEA":

 

Current Field:
OEM: Jaguar: XK8 (00-03)(05-06); XKR (00-03)(05); OEA: Jaguar: XF (09-15); XK (07-08); XK8 (04); XKR (04);

 

Desired Field #1:

OEM: Jaguar: XK8 (00-03)(05-06); XKR (00-03)(05);

 

Desired Field #2:

OEA: Jaguar: XF (09-15); XK (07-08); XK8 (04); XKR (04);
