I've got a macro that uses the PDF to Text Tool (Computer Vision Tool Set) to parse a large number of PDF. Sometime the workflow works flawlessly, other times I get errors that PDFs are password protected or corrupt, and then the workflow stops working and says that I found "a bug" and that a report went to Alteryx. It says I can contact Customer Service and gives me a reference #. I can't find a customer service number and I don't know if there is something special, I should be doing with the tool. I have many parsing workflows, and this is the only one that is generating errors. Any ideas are welcomed.

If you go on myalteryx.com, you can fill in a support request ticket there with the information. Maybe double check that the files in question aren't already open by someone? If you see the '~' in the file name, then have Alteryx ignore that file.
