I get this frequently (once or twice a day) and then I have to reinstall everything to fix it. Then it works for some time and then again it throws error.
I searched in other discussions but couldn't find any solution. The error occurs even when am using the tool standalone and not as part of the workflow. It will be working for some time before starting to throw error.
I am using a Non-Admin version, using the below installation files.
And as suggested, there is no option to activate Automated Crash Reporting.

Starting from version 2023.2, the Automated Crash Reporting feature is available in Designer. You can try using a newer version of Designer with this feature enabled. If an error occurs, it will generate a reference ID. This reference ID will allow us to find the crash report in Sentry for further investigation.
Which version of designer are you working with? Also, please verify the Intelligence Suite download you are using matches your Alteryx version.
I have updated more details in the post. The Intelligence Suite does work and fails after some time. I reinstall everything and then it start to work again.
@jain_anant There are multiple issues with PDF files which works randomly but throws error some other time. You can check with Alteryx support on this.
