Output in PDF Format

Hello, can someone please help to understand is there a way we can get the output in PDF format, or we can append the output in a pdf file?

Yes. watch the video lessons on the relevant report snippets and then use a render tool.

you will need to get your data into report snippets to output to pdf. Table is the most common way to do that.

Consider the following:

1. In the toolbar. Reporting --> Render tool --> Open Example

2. Help --> Sample Workflows --> Learn one tool at a time --> Reporting

3. Help --> Sample Workflows --> Describe what is happening --> Create a report layout

Is there a way we can rename the output from Render tool with specific format which included the year and month. Example, if i run the workflow now, it should start with 202301 and if it next month, 202302 etc ?

Consider using the report header tool.

Reporting --> Report Header --> Open Example
