Output as Text File

Does anyone know if there is a way to output to or as a text file?

If not does anyone have any suggestions/work arounds?

On the output tool select Flat ASCII File:

It will output a text file with no headers and tabs between the columns.

I need to output as a text file WITH headers.  Do you know how to do that?
