Output Data >> Output Options

I am enjoying Alteryx Designer for sort and extract the information I need.

I have two output data. I chose first Output Data >> Output Options >> Append to Existing Sheet. Then, am I supposed to choose the second Output Data >> Output Options >> Overwrite Sheet or Range? Otherwise, I am having an error message.

You can use any option there. 

Maybe your problem is because both output tools are trying to access the file at the same time. Would you be able to share a print screen of your workflow, please?
