Output Data Tool No Value Column to Update

I have a workflow that is writing to a database. In the output tool I have selected, Update; Insert if New. I have all fields (there are multiple) selected as the update fields. When I run the workflow, I get the error, "No value column to update."  Why am I getting this error?

Hi @cpet13 instead of selecting the all columns, select a column which is uniquely identified. It should work

@Manoj_k thank you for the reply. The issue is that there is no single column that uniquely identifies the record; rather, it is the combination of most of the columns that uniquely identify the record. Can I only have one column selected for this to work? The tool lets me identify more than one column as the unique identifier.
