Outlook input tool Error

I recently downloaded Outlook Input tool, and when i tried using it, i'm getting this error. Could send provide some suggestion what could be missing

There are a couple of ways to proceed:

1. Check the "Use Manual Service URL" box and enter the URL for your Exchange services.  You just need your domain + "/EWS/Exchange.asmx".  If you're using Office365 then it's just "https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx".
2. Make sure your IT team has enabled the autodiscover service and/or access to Exchange services in general.  Some have come back to me and said that their IT teams have locked down the services and don't allow anybody to access them.  If this is the case for you then you will unfortunately not be able to use the tool.

Hi Brandon,

How does it work for generic mailboxes? We have a generic email for a group and I am trying to configure the outlook tool and I am getting errors. Are there any exceptions for generic mail boxes?
