Outllook 365 Input Tool Body Inport

Hey Alteryx Community,

I am trying to import the entire body of multiple emails.

I have set up the Outlook 365 Input Tool. For Data import I have choosen "body". The set up is working so far, but the email body is not getting imported entirely. Is there maybe a limit of the string? 

Do you have an idea, or an enitre different solution?

Hello!

In Alteryx, the Outlook 365 Input Tool can truncate long email bodies due to string limits. To capture full content, select HTMLBody or TextBody instead of “Body” and increase the field size E-ZPassNC with a Select Tool (e.g., to V_WString). If that still cuts off text, use the Microsoft Graph API connector, which reliably retrieves complete email bodies.

Unfortunately there is no HTMLbody or TEXTbody avaible (see picture).

Can I just confirm that you're looking at the "Body" field with a browse tool? 

Without a browse, cells can say they're being truncated but they actually do hold all the data under the hood. 

If the body is actually being truncated during the API call, Microsoft Graphi API via GET request with the download tool or Python would be useful here!
