Not able to install in windows 10

While I am able to successfully download different versions (years, admin/non-admin) of Alteryx Designer, I am unable to complete the installation. Every time I attempt to do so, I get the window in the screenshot below as a result. After clicking "Okay" or closing the window, nothing happens, and the installation does not occur. Has anyone encountered this problem before or knows a fix? I contacted Alteryx Support, and they were unable to solve it. Please help me!

@vamshikrishnak9912  I would check with your IT team if possible to address and make sure that you are on a 64 bit Windows instance and that nothing on the machine is blocking the install. Here are the system requirements. I am unable to confirm if Support assisted with this issue due to your Community information not using a business email nor is your name complete. This does not look to be an error from the installer but information around options for the install. If this was an error there would be an error message. Have you tried right clicking on the Alteryx installer and run as admin?

Here are a couple of troubleshooting tips:

 

. Verify the Windows Installer Service:

• Check if the Windows Installer service is running: Go to the Services app (search for "services" in the Start menu), find "Windows Installer," and ensure it's set to "Automatic" and is running.
• Restart the service if it's stopped. 

 Check for Disk Space:

• Ensure you have enough free space on your hard drive. Insufficient disk space can prevent the installer from working correctly. 

Run the Windows Installer Troubleshooter:

• Use the built-in Windows troubleshooter to identify and fix potential issues with the Windows Installer service.
