Need to perform sum function in specific cell

I am new to Alteryx so, this might be a newbie question. Have a dummy data excel sheet attached here for your reference.

I want to add formula on a specific cell, F20 + F21 and need there sum in cell F16. Is this doable in Alteryx?

If someone can help me over this?
