Need help with joining column

Trying to create a [Franchise Code] column by combining [Region] + [Product ID] + [Franchise Code] + [Priority Ranking].

I used Formula Tool to create it, but I'm getting an error, can somebody help me figure it out?

We need to convert the Numeric Value to String type before we can concatenate
