Need Documentation

Full disclaimer, I am not an API developer. MS Azure is handled by our Global HQ in another country from the US. They have never set up an Alteryx API in MS Azure nor as our North America IT group. 

The GLOBAL IT group has provided a Client ID, Token ID and Secret Key to connect Alteryx Server API to MS Azure using the SharePoint Connector, but every time I input the parameters I get the message below. I have sent them every piece of documentation from Alteryx's website on how to set up the Alteryx API for SharePoint and they keep coming back saying they have set it up correctly and yet I still get the message below. I don't know what else to do. I have even set up time with Alteryx Engineering group and they looked at the way it was set up in MS Azure and gave some tips, but it did not help the issue. 

Does anyone know of somewhere I can get the Doumentation that shows them step by step how to set this up and everything they need to do in order to get it not to show the message below? Our Global IT group won't talk to Alteryx. I am having to be the go between and this is not my area of expertise. I am not even sure what I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

My organization IT set it up fine with support from Alteryx engineers. Since you've spoken with them, did they help with the process or just gave advice? Maybe check with your Alteryx SE?
