Multiple values in a row - split into separate row

Hello,

Can somebody knows how to resolve this problem?

I got an excel file which got sheet 1 and sheet 2. I want to merge sheet 1 and sheet 2 into one csv file.

As you can see values are stored in one cell.

Is it possible to split those value into separate cell like below?
